Scheduled maintenance of payment partner

We would like to inform you about maintenance work of one of our payment partners – PayU. It will take place on 18th of the October 2016 from 02:00 to 06:00 (CET) and 30th of October 2016 from 02:30 to 03:30 (CET). During the breaks you won’t be able to make payments using this channel.

e24files downtime

On Sunday August 7th between 02:30 and 10:00 we experienced simultaneous downtime of all termination backends for e24files.com. The cause for this is currently a subject of internal investigation. Currently all e24files services should be working properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

At 26th July, between 0:00 and 1:00 CET, our storage engineers will be conducting maintenance of our storage network in Poznan location. This may cause short disruptions of I/O access lasting no longer than 60 seconds.

Panel and API access problems (RESOLVED)

Due to network outage at 7:20, you could experience issues in accessing our Panel and API services. These issues were resolved by 9:30. Virtual machines and e24files were not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

15/06/2016 – Partial downtime of e24files.com

On Wednesday June 15th at 21:48, we experienced simultaneous downtime of all SSL termination backends for e24files.com. This rendered e24files.com unavailable via HTTPS protocol until midnight. We now believe that underlying cause has been identified and fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
